Summary

Jüri Jegorov, Associate Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Tartu, passed away on the last day of his great jubilee year. Between 1947 and 1997 he managed to teach several generations of Estonian lawyers. These are extraordinary timescales – a hundred years of life, a hundred semesters as a lecturer in front of the students of the University of Tartu. A quarter of a century has passed since the centenary.
