Summary

In autumn 2011, the Ministry of Justice concentrated almost all of the legal drafting of intellectual property under its supervision. The next step was to codify intellectual property legislation. In this article, the Minister of Justice gives a brief overview of what the Ministry of Justice has accomplished and what it plans to do in the area of intellectual property.
