Further, attention is paid to the characteristics of the subject and subjective aspects of such offences. The author criticises the legal regulation of telecommunications offences in the Penal Code and in the special Acts governing such offences. The author argues that rapid technological developments, amendments introduced to the legislation and the modification of crimes have caused some confusion in processing telecommunications offences. This is also confirmed by the case law in matters concerning telecommunications offences.
