Summary


In the third issue of the last yearœs journal “Juridica”, E. Kergandberg, Professor Extraordinary of the Department of Procedure Law, opened a discussion on criminal procedure reform. This article is a follow-up to the discussion. The author focuses on some controversial provisions in the currently effective Criminal Procedure Code. The author examines the definition of investigation, issues relating to the basis of criminal procedure, and apprehension of a suspect of crime, etc.
