Summary

Procedure parties in administrative court proceedings are the persons who raise a litigation as well as the persons who cause it.

According to the Laws of the Administrative Court Proceedings everyone whose rights have been violated or freedom restricted by a legal act or action of an organ, institution or official enumerated in law may bring an action to the administrative court in his defence. The same right belongs to the unions of persons in the interests of its members or other persons if its foundation act, statutes or law enables it. The same applies to local autonomies and institutions of the cultural autonomies of minorities. While the right to protest belongs to the organ whose legal task is to execute public or official supervision over the corresponding organ, institution or official. The above–mentioned organ, institution or official, orthe person causing litigation, according to the Laws is the Government of the Republic, ministery, office, inspection, some other organ or official of the executive state power, governor of a county, member of a county government, organ or official executing administrative functions of a county, etc. The list has been given descriptively and it is not exhaustive.
