The Property Law enacts the ways of the arising of the movable ownership. The main way is conveyance. Through conveyance the movable ownership arises, for example, in the case of the transference of a thing from the vendor to the purchaser. Through engagement the movable ownership arises when a person takes an ownerless movable thing into his possession with the wish to become its owner. When somebody finds an alien movable thing he shall immediately inform about it the loser or owner. In a case of processing a thing the processor becomes the owner of the movable thing if the work is more valuable than the initial thing. Through usucaption the movable ownership arises when a person possesses a movable thing in good faith and discontinually for five years as an owner.
