Summary

This article focuses on some of the most important amendments to the procedure before courts of different instances as prescribed by the draft Code of Administrative Procedure. The author is certain that the draft Code takes into account changes that have occurred in the Estonian legal system and contemporary standards of the legal culture of continental Europe. The draft Code elaborates the investigative principle of the administrative court procedure, and increase the variety of possible court orders and their flexibility, which ensures a more effective and speedier execution of rulings.
