Summary

In the article, two students of the University of Tartu describe their course of studies at the University of Helsinki during 1996/1997. The main attention is focused on the completion of graduation theses at the University of Helsinki. The authors make suggestions on what the University of Tartu should learn from the experience of the University of Helsinki.
