Summary


The author continues to discuss legislation regulating the state assets. The most relevant law in this field is the State Assets Act the purpose of which is to determine the administrators of assets in state ownership and the bases for administration of the state assets. Pursuant to the by-laws of the State Assets Register which have been approved by a regulation of the Government of the Republic, immovables belonging to the state, related real rights and monetarily appraisable rights and obligations, and movables meeting the conditions specified in the by-laws are entered in the corresponding register.
